  • Jenci Randall, Audiologist smiling and providing friendly hearing healthcare to the community of Ellensburg

    JENCI RANDALL, AUD, CCC-A

    DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY

    Dr. Jenci Randall took over ownership of Northwest Audiology in January of 2020, after working as a Clinical Audiologist for more than 8 years. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Hearing Speech and Language Sciences and her Doctorate in Clinical Audiology from Ohio University. Her specialties include comprehensive diagnostics, tinnitus management, hearing aid fittings, and aural rehabilitation.

    Dr. Randall enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. On her free time, she likes hiking, camping, fishing, and mushroom hunting.

    Kelli Anderson, AUD

    DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY

    Dr. Kelli Anderson is originally from Illinois and recently graduated from University of Kansas Medical Center with her Doctorate in Clinic Audiology (Au.D.). During her clinical rotations, she gained valuable experience working in various settings, including VA Centers, hospitals, ENT offices, private practices, and within the school system. Dr. Anderson specializes in Auditory Processing Disorders (APD).

    Kelli is a musician and plays both the piano and trumpet. She and her fiancé Jason are avid hikers and enjoy the outdoors. When they are not outside, they are inside cuddling with their two cats.

    KLARISSA

    CLINIC MANAGER

    Klarissa grew up here in Kittitas County and graduated from Cle Elum/Roslyn High School. Klarissa has worked in customer service for many years locally. She has worked with people from all walks of life, and enjoys getting to know our patients. Klarissa has also become an expert on all insurance related matters. Klarissa was the first Cle Elum Roundup Rodeo Queen and has enjoyed riding horses for many years.

    Klarissa enjoys being outdoors. You can find her fishing, riding her horses, or camping on her spare time. She also is an avid skier, and enjoys going up to the mountain in the winter time.

    EMILY

    AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT

    Emily joins our team as Audiology Assistant, with over 2 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry. She has lived in Ellensburg for almost 20 years, and loves connecting with patients in our community. Emily can help get your hearing aids back up and running, troubleshoot bluetooth problems, or help you navigate any problems that you encounter with your hearing aids. She can also help restock any supplies or batteries you may need.

    Emily enjoys spending time with her two kids, being outdoors, camping, paddle boarding and kayaking.

    KATELYN

    PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    Katelyn was born and raised in Monroe, WA. She earned her Associates degree at Everett Community College and she is currently studying American Sign Language Interpreting at Western Oregon University. As the Patient Care Coordinator, Katelyn serves as a compassionate point of contact for our valued patients seeking hearing care. She has a genuine passion for helping others. Katelyn strives to make each patient feel understood, valued, and well-cared for at every interaction.

    In her free time, Katelyn and her husband Liam like to do anything outdoors. They enjoy hiking, backpacking and spending time with their two cats.

  • CLARA

    AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT & MARKETING

    Clara works as an audiology assistant providing support to our Audiologists and helping patients with their hearing needs. Clara grew up in Ellensburg, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Central Washington University. She also works on our local community outreach and marketing for our clinic.

    Outside of work, Clara enjoys spending her free time reading books, hiking outdoors, and working in her garden.

    JACLYN

    BILLING

    Jaclyn works remotely on billing and coding for our clinic. She is a master with numbers. She currently lives in Alaska with her dog Barley most of the year, and travels to Mexico to enjoy surfing in the winter months.

    Jaclyn spends her free time recreating outdoors. She is an avid snowboarder, rock climber, and surfer.

  • JESSICA

    HUMAN RESOURCES

    Jessica works remotely as our human resources director. She grew up in the Midwest and has worked for several years in management and human resources. She has her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University and Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University.

    Jessica spends most of her time with her 3 young children and husband. For fun, Jessica enjoys backpacking and hiking, watching football, and reading books.
